Psychiatry
Services available include examination, diagnosis and treatment for patients requiring psychiatric care on an outpatient basis. A full range of psychiatric services are available including psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy. Modalities of administration are individual.
Social Work
Services available include general mental health evaluations, military/fitness and suitability, individual therapy, stress management, and treatment for depression or anxiety.
Appointments
Referral from Primary Care Provider: If you receive a consult from your PCM, you can simply stop by the clinic or call us to make an appointment with a provider.
Self-Referral: If you are a self-referral, you can stop by the clinic and an initial appointment can be scheduled.
