To make an appointment with your primary care provider you may call the appointment line at 7-2110 or (757) 458-2998 Option "1", 5 digit extension 7-2110.
Online Access
CAC Holders
You may use the
TRICARE Online Patient Portal. DoD Controlled Access Card (CAC) holders can request medication refills directly with the pharmacy, view labs, review your medical records and schedule appointments.
The Nurse Advice Line can also be accessed and used utilized through the
TRICARE Online Patient Portal.
Secure Messaging

TRICARE Online Secure Messaging is a free, easy and private way for all patients to communicate directly with your provider. If you are not registered for Online Secure Messaging, you may register here.
Special Instructions for Registering at Guantanamo Bay
Follow instructions and provide registration information. When prompted to enter your provider:
- Search for your assigned provider by name or you can search for "Guantanamo" and select "Family Medicine" (For JTF and IDC providers search 'GTMO').
- Select your provider. An invitation to connect will automatically be sent to your clinic.
Don't forget to complete the process by verifying your email address.
